Pick n Pay invites South African unemployed youth to apply for a six-month UIF-Funded Learnership Programme.
This opportunity is open to candidates nationwide who are looking to gain practical experience and enhance their skills in the retail industry. Participants will receive a monthly stipend during the learnership.

Programme Details
- Accreditation: The programme is SETA-accredited.
- Structure:
- 10 days of theory-only sessions
- Practical training in-store for the remaining duration
- Support from a dedicated in-store mentor
- Ongoing monitoring and verification procedures
- Final assessment and moderation
