Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to Daily Schedule: Ensure that targets are met by following the work plan.
- Follow Nedbank Processes and Values: Uphold honesty, integrity, accountability, respect, and push beyond boundaries when answering calls and dealing with internal and external relations.
- Escalate Unresolved Queries: Log unresolved cases on the system for management attention.
- Answer Calls Efficiently: Aim to answer 90% of all calls within 60 seconds as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Generate Leads: Achieve monthly lead targets by offering products to clients.
- Prevent Losses: Be vigilant and ensure all calls are logged correctly to avoid losses.
- Contribute to Transformation Goals: Participate in Nedbank culture-building initiatives and support corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Enhance Processes: Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes, systems, and policies.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry changes by reading relevant newsletters, websites, and attending sessions.
- Maintain Risk Standards: Stay updated with risk standards and complete required manuals.

- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
