Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to implement the Plennegy Group Data strategy and processes necessary to create, maintain, and enhance data.
The intern will be responsible for the daily execution of data-related tasks, ensuring governance of an allocated data set, maximizing value, aligning data with business priorities, continuously improving data quality, reducing data management costs, and increasing business confidence in data integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Create new master data records using Standard Operating Process (SOP) and company-standard source documents.
- Complete digital and ERP filing of source document information.
- Update existing master data records using SOP and company-standard source documents.
- Retire master data records no longer required using SOP and company-standard source documents.
- Manage and update the Query Management System within the required SLA for business users.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with business users, staff, colleagues, and management.
- Operate effectively within a team environment.
- Assist with data sourcing, collection, capture, scrubbing, and other data-related tasks for various ERP or system projects approved by the Business Improvement and/or Master Data teams.
Requirements:
- Any tertiary education such as a Diploma or Degree.
- Ideal: Bachelor’s Degree.
Skills and Competencies:
- Effective communication skills.
- On-the-job training capabilities.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Experience in data capturing or roles related to data updates.
