The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is inviting qualified South Africans to apply for Grants Administrator vacancies across three local offices in KwaZulu-Natal. Minimum Requirements

  • Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) recognised by SAQA in one of the following fields:
    Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Social Sciences, or Social Security.
  • Added Advantage:
    • A valid driver’s licence
    • Administrative or clerical experience

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide grant customer care and support to clients
  • Screen and capture grant applications, including beneficiary maintenance
  • Administer medical bookings and assessments
  • Conduct off-site grant application services
  • Handle scanning and batching of grant files
