Shoprite Supply Chain Graduate Programme 2026

Graduates in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering and operations research can apply for the Shoprite Supply Chain Graduate Programme 2026/2027, with opportunities in Cape Town, Centurion, Bloemfontein, Gqeberha and Durban.

If selected, you will join the Distribution Centre Trainee Manager programme and rotate through different parts of Shoprite’s supply chain operation.

The programme is designed to give you practical experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory, distribution, operational analysis and management development.
