Purpose Statement
The role is to welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue management, providing excellent client service, assisting clients at the ATM, and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels. The position also offers the opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.

Experience
Minimum:
- No experience required, but a Grade 12 National Certificate is mandatory.
Ideal:
- Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Ideal or Preferred:
- Additional knowledge or qualifications related to banking.
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Basic calculations.
- How to engage with people.
- Understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious, and keen to learn.
Ideal:
- Knowledge of bank branch environments.
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes.
Skills
- Communication Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills
Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
