What You’ll Do in This Role

You’ll be on the frontlines of revenue growth—building new partnerships, nurturing long-term relationships, and showcasing the brand at national exhibitions and events.

Here’s how you’ll drive impact:

1. Grow the Client Base

  • Identify and pursue new wholesale and retail opportunities across South Africa
  • Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and client acquisition
  • Turn cold leads into repeat buyers by offering high-quality support and service

2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships

  • Ensure regular, open communication with both new and existing clients
  • Handle queries, offer proactive solutions, and keep clients coming back
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product decisions

3. Promote the Brand Across SA

  • Attend expos, trade shows, and product launches—sometimes over weekends
  • Showcase new product ranges and provide expert product insight
  • Help select market-relevant product lines based on client needs

4. Train Clients & Support Sales

  • Train retail staff on product features and sales techniques
  • Act as the go-to between the brand and its B2B clients
  • Monitor satisfaction and help clients boost their own sales success

5. Report, Analyse, and Stay Ahead

  • Track sales performance and report on pipeline progress
  • Monitor competitor movements and emerging industry trends
  • Align your goals with broader company strategy

What You Need to Apply

This role requires a strong sales background, confidence working in B2B environments, and a natural love for the outdoors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably B2B or wholesale)
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including some weekends
  • A passion for the outdoor lifestyle and activewear industry
