Eskom invites qualified candidates to apply for three Officer ETDP positions at Camden Power Station in Mpumalanga. This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in either technical operations or training and education.

Role Overview
As an Officer ETDP, you will be responsible for delivering training programs, facilitating learning, and evaluating employee skills to ensure compliance with Eskom’s operational standards. Your goal is to prepare employees to be job-ready and fully authorized for their respective roles.
Minimum Requirements
For Technical Candidates
- National Diploma (Technical), or
- National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control Operations (NQF Level 5 or 6), or
- National N Diploma with Trade Test
- Qualification must be at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical training or operations
For Non-Technical Candidates
- National Diploma in ETDP, Educational Science, or Human Resources Management
- Qualification must be at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in education and training
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective presentation and facilitation abilities
- Competence in evaluation and assessment
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions and lead workgroup discussions
- Conduct training assessments and evaluations
- Apply current learning technologies and strategies
- Manage training administration processes
- Maintain clear communication with internal clients
