Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric preferred.
- Must be able to work shifts and overtime when required.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operating equipment according to SOPs.
- Adhere to HACCP principles and maintain strict hygiene standards.
- Record downtime, wastage, and report deviations to supervisors.
- Ensure the work area and equipment are cleaned and maintained.
- Support production processes by conducting necessary checks.
- Follow all factory safety regulations and report unsafe practices immediately.
