Transnet Rail Infrastructure (TRIM) is offering a two-year Young Professional-in-Training programme aimed at equipping unemployed graduates with the skills, experience, and mentorship needed to thrive in a competitive job market.
Location: Various Depots and Departments within TRIM, South Africa
Closing Date: 02 May 2025
What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a hands-on development programme tailored to equip you with real-world skills, tools, and experience in your specific field of study. The focus is on technology and infrastructure, and you’ll gain exposure to different departments within TRIM.
Minimum Requirements
To be eligible, you need the following:
- A bachelor’s degree or BTech in Computer Science (minimum NQF Level 6)
- No prior work experience in your field of study
- South African citizenship
- Age between 18 and 35
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the tech and infrastructure space
