What You’ll Be Doing
Your job is to keep things smooth, stress-free, and seamless for clients booking outside normal working hours. Here’s what that includes:
- Manage last-minute or urgent travel requests with precision and calm
- Deliver quick, smart, and cost-effective travel options that consider routes, budgets, and client preferences
- Work closely with VIP clients, offering professional guidance and 24/7 support where needed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
- Ensure fast turnaround time — respond to basic enquiries within 30 minutes
- Prepare quotes and finalise invoices before logging off each day
- Recommend smarter travel alternatives to improve cost or convenience
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you need a mix of experience, communication skills, and hustle. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 3+ years experience in high-end Corporate or VIP Travel Consulting
- Solid GDS knowledge – Amadeus preferred (cross-training possible)
- Strong skills in Outlook and Penguin (our back-office system)
- High attention to detail and zero tolerance for booking errors
- Proven ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle after-hours pressure, tight deadlines, and multi-tasking
- Must be comfortable working remotely and meeting monthly sales targets
