About the Internship
This is a full-time internship focused on sales, service delivery, and customer account management in the Prestige Banking segment. You’ll work closely with a portfolio of clients across multiple branches and learn how to drive product uptake, manage dormant accounts, and improve customer retention through outbound communication.
What You Will Be Doing
Sales and Account Management (75%)
You’ll focus heavily on:
- Selling and cross-selling banking products via telephone
- Helping customers understand and choose the right products
- Managing the onboarding process and following up on documents
- Capturing customer information in internal systems
- Referring leads to branches and tracking progress
- Supporting campaigns and promotions
Customer Retention and Relationship Building (20%)
Your tasks will include:
- Reaching out to dormant or zero-balance accounts
- Helping customers activate and fund their accounts
- Sending out promotional emails and SMS
- Collecting and sharing customer feedback
- Supporting the Relationship Manager in closing new deals
Admin and Team Support (5%)
You’ll assist with:
- Vendor management (stationery, assets, etc.)
- Cross-functional teamwork
- Managing business risk and ensuring compliance
- Completing mandatory training
Who Should Apply?
